VISN 4 Director Michael Moreland helped VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System introduce the new standard in comprehensive, Veteran-focused care on May 2, 2012, with the dedication ceremony for their new $75.8 million Consolidation Building. The building seamlessly integrates behavioral health and primary care.
