Wilkes-Barre - January 26, 2012

VISN 4 Network Director Michael Moreland traveled to Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center for the ribbon cutting of the facility’s new Cardiac Cath/Hemodialysis Unit. While there, Mr. Moreland also recognized Mrs. Meg Caplan’s recent appointment as Director at the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center by presenting her with her Senior Executive Service Flag. Mr. Moreland also took the time to meet other Wilkes-Barre employees and dignitaries from area Veterans Service Organizations.
