Site Visit - Coatesville VA Medical Center
VISN 4 Interim Network Director Carla Sivek visited Coatesville VA Medical Center on April 7, 2015. She toured the facility, including the one-year-old hospice unit. She also met with leadership staff as well as Choice Champions and schedulers.
Each quarter, all VISN directors must visit each facility in their network and report back to Central Office on best practices they find as well as challenges that front line employees are facing.
