Site Visit - Lebanon VA Medical Center

VISN 4 Interim Network Director Carla Sivek visited Lebanon VA Medical Center on April 9, 2015. She met with members of the leadership staff there to discuss the facility's performance measures. Ms. Sivek also toured the facility, including the almost-one-year-old domiciliary for Veterans who are working to get back on their feet.

Each quarter, all VISN directors must visit each facility in their network and report back to Central Office on best practices they find as well as challenges that front line employees are facing.
