During this era which calls for action and our best efforts, VISN 4 has risen to many challenges on a journey of transforming health care for Veterans.

We are modernizing VA's culture, processes, and capabilities to put the needs, expectations, and interests of Veterans and their families first.

As we forge into the next chapter (2016), we look back on the highlights and successes of 2015.

Message from the Director

It is a privilege and honor to be appointed by VA Secretary Bob McDonald to begin serving as the VISN 4 Director on January 10, 2016. In this position, my goal is to assist VISN 4 facilities in the continued improvement of safety, quality, access, satisfaction, and efficiency of the care we provide Veterans.
