Annual Reports
We are pleased to share our 2022 annual report for VISN 4. Over the past year, our staff began to implement the Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act. We began a new hiring and onboarding initiative with a goal of hiring new staff faster and more competitively, and we completed full implementation of VA Health Connect and the modernization of our clinical contact center.
We also expanded access to care through virtual modalities and enhanced our commitment to suicide prevention and mental health initiatives. In addition, we embraced holistic and integrated models of care through our whole health transformation initiative, and we continued our journey to become a high reliability organization. Ultimately, we continue to provide exceptional health care, and our recent trust score of 93.5 is the highest VISN in the country.
