VA Website Redesign

The entire Department of Veterans Affairs recently completed an agency-wide website redesign in 2015. Why? Because you told us in our customer satisfaction surveys that you wanted your information in a fresh and up-to-date design.
The new look is designed to help you easily and quickly access information with intuitive and easy-to-use navigation. You'll find it easy-to-use, functional, and organized around the information you need. This redesign is based on feedback from Veterans and VA facilities around the country.
Some of the home page changes include easier navigation, where to find your local medical centers and community based outpatient clinics, and a quick link to My HealtheVet, VA's electronic health portal which allows you to manage your health care from anywhere.
We're also providing links to social networks. You can comment on our Facebook pages or re-tweet important news using Twitter.
And because VA health care is about people, you can also read local and national feature stories that highlight real-life Veterans and the care they receive. Features also include subjects like unique services, special events, and local topics of interest.
And even though each VISN and VA Medical Center has its own individual website, we think you should experience consistency and clarity across all our sites. That's happening now and you will soon be able to go to any VA website and enjoy this same new and efficient navigation.
