VA Healthcare-VISN 4

Enroll in VA health care

A female Veteran holding her baby and being kissed by her partner.Welcome home and thank you for your service!

Pennsylvania Veterans, you are invited to join VA Healthcare–VISN 4, a fully integrated network of nine VA campuses, 44 outpatient clinics, one mobile clinic and 17 vet centers. Whether you were enlisted, an NCO or an officer, your service on active duty may have earned you a variety of Federal benefits. Contact us to find out your eligibility.

By enrolling in VA health care, you are helping fellow Veterans because the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) receives more resources from Congress every time another Veteran enrolls. We are here for you. If you are eligible, your enrollment actually supports other Veterans.

Even if you are in the VA health care system, you are not obligated to use all of it. If you have your own insurance and your own doctors, VA can work with them to manage your care.

You can receive VA medical center and outpatient care for any ailment, service connected or not if you are enrolled in the VA health care system, but you may have to pay a copayment for non-service connected illnesses or injuries.

Enroll now!

Start your enrollment today by completing the registration form (#595/DOT) and return it to:

A special call center has been set-up at Lebanon VA Medical Center to answer all your eligibility and enrollment questions as well as start your enrollment at the VA location closest to where you live.

Having trouble filling out your 10-10EZ form? Our team can help you complete it properly.

If you are already enrolled and using VA health care, thank you for trusting us with your health care. Please provide the PDF below to another Veteran you know who may also be eligible and benefit from enrolling with VA health care.

VA’s care and outcomes are consistently ranked among the best in the United States.

Benefit expansion

The PACT Act expands VA health care and benefits for Veterans exposed to burn pits and other toxic substances dating back to Vietnam, Gulf War era and post-9/11. This law helps us provide generations of Veterans—and their survivors—with the care and benefits they've earned and deserve. We can help answer your questions about what the PACT Act means for you or your loved ones.
