We are pleased to share our 2021 annual report for VISN 4. Over the past year, we expanded access to virtual care, enhanced our commitment to mental health and suicide prevention, embraced whole health, and expanded our clinical contact center to better serve our Veterans 24/7. We continue to provide exceptional health care, and our recent trust score of 92.9 is the highest of any VISN in the country.

We thank all our Veterans and their families for continuing to use VISN 4 for your health care needs. Please take necessary safety precautions, reduce your risk of contracting COVID-19, and keep yourselves healthy. Please consider getting the COVID-19 vaccine booster shot—which is now readily available—as well as your annual flu shot.
